No subscription and no monthly card fee on any tier. 30+ BINs across the USA, the UK, Hong Kong and Europe, Visa and Mastercard, USD and EUR accounts, 3DS everywhere, public API docs. The calculator picks the tier from the budget instead of optimising it. Caveats: the $1.20 Trial transaction fee is left out of the total because the site never says what it is charged on, and no decline fee is published.
